Abstract¶

Seven answers for European companies and the investors behind them on moving cloud and software supply to European providers: what to put in scope, how far AI belongs in it, how to build the business case, how to structure the contracts, whether to rent or build, how to put together a consortium, and what an investor should require of the companies it funds. Written for EuroStack, which published version 1.0 on eurostack.eu in September 2026.
